How to do it ?
Book a meeting room
Simply email or call our Event Sales Manager and she will check availability and book your meeting room for you. Together you can meet and go through it in person.
Day "D"
On the day of the meeting, you will be greeted at the reception where our team will guide you to the correct meeting room and bring your guests to meet you.
Feedback
After the meeting, you will be contacted again by our Event Sales Manager who will fine-tune the last steps with you.
